Ronald Reagan’s Star Wars

Dive into a moment of Cold War history as we explore the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI), also known as Reagan’s Star Wars. The Man Who Killed Usama Bin Laden

This project was produced under extreme secrecy prior to the prime time special that revealed Navy SEAL Robert O’Neill as the man who shot UBL. I was responsible for all creative and animation direction. The explainer components of the compound raid were timed to Robert’s voice over. We had to do this a few times because he kept insisting on improving on his description after each animation take. Note: Fox uses the Usama moniker, not the more common Osama.

I was responsible for producing all the motion graphics from April 20, 2010 through to September 19, 2010. This is a compilation of the main animations that were relied on extensively during this time.

Designed to set a new standard in broadcast design, this package delivered highly customizable graphics tailored to enhance local news presentations while maintaining Fox’s distinctive branding.
